Dear parents
As our Sr. KG students complete an important milestone in their early learning journey, we are delighted to welcome them into the Primary Section (Std. 1) in the upcoming academic year. This transition marks the beginning of a more structured and enriching phase of learning where students will further develop their academic skills, independence, and confidence.
As the doors of the primary section swing open, a new chapter unfolds for your child. It’s a time of growth, exploration, and discovery. We’re excited to embark on this journey with you and your child, and we’re committed to making it a memorable and enriching experience.
Through this circular, we would like to share important information and guidelines to help ensure a smooth and successful transition for our young learners and their parents.
As a valued partner in your child’s education, we kindly request that you familiarize yourself with and follow the guidelines for the primary section:
The following instructions will be guidelines for parents to know about the working of the Primary Section.
- The classes of standard I are located on the third floor of the Primary Section.
- The Primary Section works for five days i.e. Monday to Friday from 9:30 am to 3:30 pm.
- The reporting time for children is 9:20 am.
- Please make sure that your child is punctual at school. Students should be picked up and dropped
Gate 1 – Children going with parents.
Gate 2 – Children going with Van/ Rickshaw / Bus
- After 3 late marks, the child will be sent home. Please do not ask for consideration.
- The students will neither be allowed to leave early from school nor to reach school late for any personal reasons.
- Children should get two tiffins- fruits for short break and preferably poli and bhaaji for long break. Tiffins should be carried by the students. For some reason, if the child forgets the tiffin, it can be left at the reception in a labelled bag.
- The school will work for half-day i.e. 9:30 am to 1:00 pm on all month-ends.
- Students are permitted to wear a colourful dress on month end and on their birthdays. Students are not allowed to distribute sweets or gifts on their birthdays.
- Parents can meet the class-teacher on Fridays between 9:15 a.m. to 9.30 a.m. or by taking a prior appointment from the teacher on any day. Parents are not allowed to meet the students during school hours.
- Students should adhere to school’s dress code throughout the year. The students must wear ID cards everyday with the latest photo on it. ID cards will be provided by the school. Till, your ward receives it, make sure that your child wears an ID card (i.e. temporary one) with all details on it or the previous year’s ID card can also be used.
- Parents are expected to refer to the school calendar daily. They should not plan trips/ vacations/ family functions during the working sessions of the school.
- April Month – Full month working – Plan your vacations after 5th
- Monthly Circulars will be uploaded on the website – Check the website regularly.
- Notebooks and workbooks:
- Parents should label all the books (on the cover and first page) according to the booklist.
- Roll number of your ward will be given in the month of July.
- They must also bring one four-line notebook, crayons and compass box in the month of June
- The class timetable will be uploaded on the school website in the month of July 2024.
- The students are expected to get their books as per the time-table from the month of July onwards.
Regular school uniform:
Girls: Blue frock, white hair band, plain white socks. In case of long hair, plaits or bows to be tied with black rubber band only. Campus black sports shoes with Velcro and school cap.
Boys: Checked shirt with blue shorts, plain white socks. Campus black sports shoes with Velcro. Haircut: Closed cut (Very short hair)
- The regular school uniform should be worn only on Wednesday.
- T. uniform – House coloured T- shirt and grey track pant.
- The P.T. uniform to be worn on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays.
- As per the discussion with PTA & confirmed, from this year onwards, instead of sweaters, we will be opting for sweat shirts with a hood.
- Instruction for the payment of fees:
- No fees will be accepted in cash.
- Parents can pay fees online or by cheque.
- Payment of fees by any other mode is not accepted.
- Only the exact amount of each instalment mentioned on the fee chart given on the school website/challan must be paid.
- Fees to be paid using virtual account number.
- Virtual account number is sent to your registered email Id.
Please do not use Pre-Primary Virtual Account Number (VAN). If you did not receive the Primary VAN, please contact the school office from Monday to Friday between 9 a.m. and 1 p.m. on 020-29997080.
So, the parents and students are invited to join us in this good cause.
Avoid covering the books and notebooks.
Please do not use plastic bags or covers.
Refer monthly circulars on website.
Save water and electricity.
Save trees.
- The orientation details will be conveyed in the circular for the month of June 2026 through the school website. Please check the website on 1st June 2026.
- Multi-dimensional Learning (MDL) Activities: We are happy to announce that we train our little ones in various MDL activities like dance, music, tabla, drama, pottery, gardening and special drawing. Parents are expected to make the right choice considering the interest of your child. Please number the subject in order of priority only (any 5).
Example: If the child wishes to take ‘dance’ then – write no. 1 for dance, no. 2 for music, no. 3 for special drawing and so on. Kindly note that the students of the class will be divided into different groups of MDL. The MDL will be allotted to the students according to the sequence. If the child does not get the first MDL chosen, he/she will get any of the five preferences chosen by you. So, please choose the order of MDL accordingly. Submit the duly filled tear-off slip for PT electives + MDL to the class teacher on the day of the orientation, Tuesday, 9th June 2026.

For the academic year 2026-27, we’re introducing sports electives during PT periods. Your child can choose from:
- Taekwondo 2. Skating 3. Chess
- Mallakambh 5. Kho-kho 6. Kabbadi
Please submit your child’s preferences in order of liking (1 being the top choice). For example, if your child prefers Chess, Kho-kho, and Skating, write:

- Mallakambh 5. Taekwondo 6. Kabbadi
