Thursday, 24^th	Field Trip – Mini KG, Jr. KG, Sr. KG	Last date of submission of the field trip consent slip. Children will not be allowed to join the field trip without the consent slip. Late submission will not be accepted.

Field Trip Details:

This activity will be conducted during the school hours.
Sick children should not join the trip.
I – card and school uniform is compulsory (Also for the children having their birthday on the same day, birthday will be celebrated on the next working day.)
Parents to send homemade nutritious snacks. Avoid sending food like chocolate, biscuits, wafers, noodles etc.
Parents to label all the belongings of the child.
Child will not be allowed to join the field trip without consent slip (Last date of submission is Thursday, 24^th September, 2026.)
Please do not send sling bag on field trip day.

Parents to refer to the school calendar for the date and time slot for the meeting.
Parents to pay the concert costume money Rs.1200/- per child at the time of Parent Teacher Meeting to the class teacher. Parents to bring exact amount.
On Tuesday, 15^th September, students will be given Vatli dal (one small spoon) as Prasad.
On Wednesday, 16^th September, students will be given talnicha Modak(one) as Prasad.
Those who don’t want their child to have the above Prasad are requested to please inform through the class representatives on Monday, 7^th September 2026.
Any complaint regarding the Prasad (stomach upset, etc) will not be entertained later on.

Rangotsav Competition – For Absent Participants Only

The Rangotsav competition for students who were absent will be held on the following dates:

- Tuesday, 1st September 2026: Colouring Competition
- Wednesday, 2nd September 2026: Collage Competition
- Thursday, 3rd September 2026: Finger & Thumb Painting

Note: Participating children must bring appropriate materials on their respective competition day.

Donation Drive

Dear Parents,

Mini KG, Jr.KG, and Sr.KG

Our school is organising a Donation Drive to support the students of Shreemant Bajirao Peshwa Sainik School, located in Mohol Taluka, Solapur District. The school is a military-focused residential institution that provides education and holistic development to students from economically weaker and underprivileged backgrounds.

As part of this initiative, we invite our students to contribute essential food grains and groceries. This drive is a wonderful opportunity to instil in our children the values of compassion, empathy, and social responsibility while extending meaningful support to fellow students in need.

The class-wise contribution is as follows:

Mini KG Buds and Bloom –

Lapshi gahoo( लापशी गहू) – 1 kg

Mini KG Blossom –

Soya chunks ( सोया चंक्स) – 1 kg

Jr. KG Butterflies, Busybees and Bumblebees

Sugar – 1 kg

Sr. KG Sunshine, Raindrops and Rainbow

Jaggery – 1 kg

Your generous contribution will help support the nutritional needs and overall well-being of these students while encouraging our children to understand the importance of sharing, kindness and community service.

We sincerely request you to support this noble initiative and help us make a meaningful difference in the lives of these young learners.

Students are requested to submit the above-mentioned material to their class teachers on Monday, 24^th August 2026 or Tuesday, 25^th August 2026.

Dear Parents,

Please Note: Change in Holiday and Nagpanchami Celebration

The holiday declared on Friday, 14^th August as per the earlier circular stands cancelled.(Regular school for Mini.KG, Jr.KG and Sr.KG.)

Instead, the school will remain closed on Monday, 17^th August 2026 due to the inauguration ceremony of the newly constructed building next to our school by the Hon’ble Chief Minister Shri Devendra Fadnavis Sir.

Hurrah! It’s June again!

Time to welcome our little stars!

Dear Parents,

Please note – The details for the month of June 2026.

An orientation programme is arranged to make the parents familiar with the school activities.
- Day and Date: Friday,12^thJune 2026
- Venue: School Hall, 6^th floor
- Timing: 09:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m.

Details about the working of the school will be shared in the orientation programme. Only one parent to attend the orientation session.

The school will begin on Tuesday,16^thJune 2026.
From Tuesday, 16^thJune 2026, to Thursday, 18^thJune 2026, children are to come in batches allotted to them.
- 1^st Batch: 9:00 a.m. to 10:15 a.m.
- 2^nd Batch: 10:30 a.m. to 11:45 a.m.
The batch allotted to your child will be informed on the orientation day.
Parents should drop their child off at school according to the batch allotted to him/her. Parents to use Gate No.1 (near watchman’s cabin) to drop off and pick up the child.
Parents should adhere to the given time slots.
