A Plastic and E-Waste Awareness Session was conducted at S.P.M. English School on Wednesday, 15th July 2026, by Mr. Pankaj Nageshkar from Poornam Ecovision Foundation.
The initiative was introduced by the Principal, Mrs. Rama Kulkarni, with the awareness and responsible waste management habits among students from a young age.
During the session, Mr. Nageshkar highlighted the importance of the proper collection, segregation, and safe disposal of plastic and electronic waste. He explained the harmful effects of improper waste disposal on the environment and emphasized the role each individual can play in protecting nature through responsible practices.
The informative and interactive session inspired students to become environmentally conscious citizens and motivated them to contribute towards building a cleaner, greener, and more sustainable future.
The Annual Social Gathering of Shikshan Prasarak Mandali’s S.P.M. English School was celebrated with great enthusiasm on 23rd December 2025, reflecting the institution’s unwavering commitment to holistic and innovative education. The theme, “Drishti: The Power Within,” beautifully showcased the spirit and vision of the National Education Policy (NEP) 2020 through an inspiring blend of academic and cultural presentations by students from both the Primary and Secondary sections.
