Donation Drive

Dear Parents,

Mini KG, Jr.KG, and Sr.KG

Our school is organising a Donation Drive to support the students of Shreemant Bajirao Peshwa Sainik School, located in Mohol Taluka, Solapur District. The school is a military-focused residential institution that provides education and holistic development to students from economically weaker and underprivileged backgrounds.

As part of this initiative, we invite our students to contribute essential food grains and groceries. This drive is a wonderful opportunity to instil in our children the values of compassion, empathy, and social responsibility while extending meaningful support to fellow students in need.

The class-wise contribution is as follows:

  • Mini KG Buds and Bloom –

Lapshi gahoo( लापशी गहू) – 1 kg

  • Mini KG Blossom –

Soya chunks ( सोया चंक्स) – 1 kg

  • Jr. KG Butterflies, Busybees and Bumblebees

Sugar – 1 kg

  • Sr. KG Sunshine, Raindrops and Rainbow

Jaggery – 1 kg

Your generous contribution will help support the nutritional needs and overall well-being of these students while encouraging our children to understand the importance of sharing, kindness and community service.

We sincerely request you to support this noble initiative and help us make a meaningful difference in the lives of these young learners.

Students are requested to submit the above-mentioned material to their class teachers on Monday, 24th August 2026 or Tuesday, 25th August 2026.

Dear Parents,

Please Note: Change in Holiday and Nagpanchami Celebration

The holiday declared on Friday, 14th August as per the earlier circular stands cancelled.(Regular school for Mini.KG, Jr.KG and Sr.KG.)

Instead, the school will remain closed on Monday, 17th August 2026 due to the inauguration ceremony of the newly constructed building next to our school by the Hon’ble Chief Minister Shri Devendra Fadnavis Sir.

Youva Master Stroke Competition

  • All India drawing competition has been organized for Jr. KG and Sr. KG children.
  • The competition will be conducted in the school during the school hours on Monday, 3rd August 2026.
  • The topics for the competition are as follows –
    1. My School
    2. My best friend
    3. My dream house
  • Children need to draw a picture on any one of the above mentioned topics, strictly in the school.
  • The colouring material (crayons) will be provided by the school.

 

Rangotsav Celebration Competition

  1. Tuesday, 18th August, 2026 – Colouring competition
  2. Wednesday, 19th August, 2026 – Collage competition
  3. Thursday, 20th August, 2026 – Finger and Thumb painting competition
  • These competitions will be conducted during school hours.
  • The competition is not compulsory.
  • Paper for the same will be provided by the school.
  • The entry fees for each student per competition are Rs. 50/-. Exact cash to be paid to the class teacher by the parents from Monday, 3rd August to Friday, 7th August 2026 after the school gets over. Money should not be sent with the students.
  • Parents to specify the competition name at the time of payment.
  • Late entries will not be accepted.

  2. Finger and Thumb painting – Children to bring the required material from home, eg. Tempera colours
  3. Collage competition – Children to bring the required material from home, eg. Colour papers, tinted paper, etc.

  • Fill up the entry form on the last page of the book and submit the book along with the form to the class teacher.
  • Last date of submission of drawing book is Monday, 20th July 2026.
  • Late entries will not be accepted.
  • The topics for the competition are as follows –

Please note – The details for the month of June 2026.

    • Wednesday, 10th June 2026 – Orientation programme.

      Timings – 09:30 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
      Venue    – Respective Classes (Second floor)
      Only one parent is to attend the orientation session.

    • Monday, 15 June 2026 – School re-opens
      • Timing – 9:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.
    • Tuesday, 16th June 2026 – regular school
      • Timing: 9:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.
    • Tuesday, 30 June 2026 – Last working day of the month
      • Timing – 9:00 a. m. to 11:30 a.m.
    • Children to come in full school uniform right from the 1st day of the school.
    • Parents to use Gate No.1 (near watchman’s cabin) to drop off and pick up the child.
