Dear Students and Parents,

As we step into the month of August, we do so with a sense of accomplishment and renewed enthusiasm. The first round of assessments has concluded successfully, and our students have demonstrated commendable dedication and perseverance. With examinations behind them, they can now look forward to a vibrant and enriching month ahead.

August brings with it a delightful blend of learning, celebrations, competitions, and co-curricular activities that will provide students with numerous opportunities to explore their talents, strengthen their skills, and create lasting memories. We are excited to embark on this eventful journey together and encourage every child to participate wholeheartedly, making the most of each opportunity that comes their way.

OPEN DAY SCHEDULE (22.08.2026 Saturday)

NOTE

We are delighted to inform you that our Annual School Concert will be held on Wednesday, 30th December 2026. All students will participate in the concert. A costume contribution of ₹1200/- is to be paid on or before 27th August 2026 in a sealed and labelled envelope and submitted to the class teacher.

The concert date is being communicated well in advance to enable families to plan accordingly and avoid scheduling any travel or other commitments during the month of December.
In case your child is unable to participate in the Annual School Concert due to unavoidable circumstances, parents are requested to submit a signed consent letter stating the reason to the school within the stipulated time.

Please note that once a student is enrolled for the Annual School Concert and the costume amount has been paid, any subsequent withdrawal from the programme will not be eligible for a refund, as costumes and related arrangements will already have been made.

Students who are not participating in the concert will be dispersed at 1:00 p.m. each day during the concert practice period in December. Parents are requested to make the necessary arrangements to ensure that their child is picked up from school at the scheduled dispersal time.

For students participating in the concert the school timing will be up to 3:40 p.m. Parents are requested to inform their transport providers/van drivers accordingly and ensure that participating students are picked up only after the school disperses at 3:40 p.m.

All Saturdays will be working for the participants in the month of December. (Timings for Saturday in the month of December will be intimated later)

Note:-

Std 5^th to 10^th will go home every day after their exam, except on the last day, i.e 31^st July 2026 (Full day School)

CLASS MEETING SCHEDULE (11.07.2026 Saturday)

Std 10: Class meeting from 9:00 am to 10:30 am in their respective classrooms (At least one parent to attend the meeting)

Note:

• • All the parents are members of the PTA. You are requested to pay Rs. 50 towards PTA to the Class Teacher on the Orientation Day.
  • Kindly note that the school will be providing a pre-paid tiffin facility, Monday – Friday.

You are requested to contact Mrs Shruti Gokhale- 8308811887 for further details and enrollment.

Details of the tiffin services are as follows –

1. 1. After payment of the prepaid tiffin service amount to the vendor, the vendor will issue coupons for the 1st term. These coupons will be given to students based on the number of working days in the 1st term. Holidays will not be counted.
   2. Labelled empty tiffin, which the children can easily identify, must be brought.
   3. The charges for the tiffin service are 50/- per day, which includes 2 polis + 1 bhaji. Rs. 10/- will be charged for an extra poli.
   4. The menu for the entire month will be posted on the Tiffin Group for your reference.
   5. Tiffin service cannot be discounted.
   6. No refund of payment once made.

CIRCULAR FOR THE YEAR 2026-2027 – Std. VI to X

Dear Parents,

As we approach the end of this academic year, we take pride in reflecting on a year filled with engaging activities, enriching learning experiences, and remarkable achievements by our students. From academic excellence to co-curricular initiatives, our students have grown in every sphere. With the same enthusiasm, we now look forward to another promising year ahead, filled with new opportunities, innovative programs, and continued success. We appreciate your support and collaboration in making the upcoming year even more rewarding for our students.

Kindly note the following: –

1. The Open Day for std. V – IX is on Friday, 24th April, 2026 from 09.00 a.m.to 11.15 a.m.
2. The parents and students are to come to see the answer sheets of the Final Exam at the given time only. Students to come in school uniform.

3. The result of the Final Exam (Std V – IX) will be declared on:-

Date:- 1st May, 2026

Time:- 08.45 a.m. to 09.45 a.m.

If the parent is not able to come in person, the authority letter must be issued by him/her to the person who collects the report card on his/her behalf.

4. Extra Classes for students of Std. IX and X will begin from Monday, 8th June, 2026.

The same timings and Time Table (Std. X) as given in April 2026 are to be followed in June. Std. The IX timetable will be sent later.

5. The school will reopen for the new academic year 2026-27 Std. V to X officially on Monday, 15th June, 2026. It will be a full-day school, and attendance is compulsory. P.T. uniform to be worn. Timings – 8.55 a.m. to 3.40 p.m.

6. School Timings in the academic year 2026-27:-

Monday – Friday – 08:55 a.m. – 03:40 p.m., Reporting time – 08.50 a.m.

Saturday and Sunday – Holiday (1st and 3rd Saturday may be working)

7. Book Sale Venue: – School Courtyard

Note :-
1. If you are unable to collect your set on the date given by the school, you are requested to collect your set of books directly from the vendor.
2. The school will give extra inputs for the scholarship exam (Std. VII ) preparation from Monday 8th June, 2026, onwards before the regular school timings. Details are given to the respective students.
3. IMPORTANT – As discussed and confirmed in the P.T.A. meeting, the students are expected to buy sweatshirts instead of sweaters for the next academic year 2026-2027. Please note sweaters will not be permitted.
4. We expect the parents to pay close attention to their wards and help them observe school discipline. It is an appeal to the parents to ensure that –
a) Your ward comes in clean and ironed uniform, clean P.T. shoes and is punctual.
b) He/She carries School Calendar everyday to the school.
c) You, as a Parent must check and sign his/her Calendar and remarks in it, regularly.
d) He/she obtains prior permission from the Principal before planning any out station trip during the academic session.
e) He/she carries a leave note after being absent.
f) He/she does not carry mobile, camera, pen drive, smart watch for any occasion.
g) Students are prohibited to be on any Social media platform. (Twitter, FaceBook, Instagram, Snap chat, WhatsApp etc.). Parents must pay personal attention in this matter.
