As we approach the end of the term, the month of October will be dedicated to examinations. We have been conducting Formative assessment throughout the term and summative assessment has been scheduled during this period. We request all students to prepare sincerely, put in their best efforts, and approach the exams with confidence and dedication.

S.P.M English School would like to invite you all to the academic year 2025-2026. SPM believes in encouraging overall growth of a student through balanced focus on academics and extra-curricular activities. This year is no different as well. We are looking forward to raising a batch of motivated, talented, smart and emotionally mature students by catering to their respective varied needs and assisting them wherever required. This year is the year for mutual corporation between the school and students, and for growth.

Dear Parents,
As we approach the end of this academic year, we take pride in reflecting on a year filled with engaging activities, enriching learning experiences, and remarkable achievements by our students. From academic excellence to co-curricular initiatives, our students have grown in every sphere. With the same enthusiasm, we now look forward to another promising year ahead, filled with new opportunities, innovative programs, and continued success. We appreciate your support and collaboration in making the upcoming year even more rewarding for our students.

Kindly note the following: –

1. Std. V, VI, VII, VIII – In accordance with government directives, students are required to attend school until Friday, 25th April, 2025. Therefore classes will continue from 15th April to 24th April, 2025 from 9.15 a.m. to 11.15 a.m. Students to carry rough book, writing material, water bottle and snacks.

2. The Open Day for std. V – IX is on 25th April, 2025 from 10.00 a.m.to 12.00 noon.

3. The parents and students are to come to see the answer sheets of the Final Exam in the given timing only. Students to come in school uniform.

4. The result of Sem II (Std V – IX) will be declared on:-
Date:- 1st May, 2025
Time:- 08.30 a.m. – 09.30 a.m.
If the parent is not able to come in person, the authority letter must be issued by him / her to the person who collects the report card on his / her behalf.

5. Extra Classes for students of Std. IX and X will begin from Thursday, 5th June, 2025.
The same timings and Time Table as given in April, 2025 to be followed in the month of June. Std. IX time table will be sent later.

6. The school will reopen for the new academic year 2025-26 Std. V to X officially on Monday, 16th June, 2025. It is a full day school and attendance is compulsory. P.T. uniform to be worn. Timings – 8.55 a.m. to 3.40 p.m.

7. School Timings in the academic year 2025-26 :-
Monday – Friday – 08:55 a.m. – 03:40 p.m., Reporting time – 08.50 a.m.
Saturday and Sunday – Holiday (1st and 3rd Saturday may be working)

8. Book Sale Venue: – School Courtyard

Note :-

1. If you are unable to collect your set on the date given by the school, you are requested to collect your set of books directly from the vendor.

2. The school will give extra inputs for various Competitive Exams from 17th June, 2025, onwards before the regular school timings, 07:45 a.m. – 08:45 a.m.

3. We expect the parents to pay close attention to their wards and help them observe school discipline. It is an appeal to the parents to ensure that –
a) Your ward comes in clean and ironed uniform, clean P.T. shoes and is punctual.
b) He/She carries School Calendar everyday to the school.
c) You, as a Parent must check and sign his/her Calendar and remarks in it, regularly.
d) He/she obtains prior permission from the Principal before planning any out station trip during the academic session.
e) He/she carries a leave note after being absent.
f) He/she does not carry mobile, camera, pen drive, smart watch for any occasion.
g) Students are prohibited to be on any Social media platform. (Twitter, FaceBook, Instagram, Snap chat, WhatsApp etc.). Parents must pay personal attention in this matter.
h) Kindly note that the school will be providing pre-paid tiffin service, Monday – Friday. You are requested to contact Mr. Nilesh Dhavade – 9158143176

Details of the tiffin services are as follows –

1) After the payment of the amount for pre-paid tiffin service to the vendor, the vendor will give coupons for the 1st term. These coupons will be given to the students according to the number of working days in 1st term. Holidays will not be counted.

2) Labelled empty tiffins, which the children can easily identify must be brought. 3) The charges for the tiffin service is Rs. 50/- per day which includes 2 polis + 1 bhaji. Rs. 10/- will be charged for an extra poli.

4) The menu for the entire month will be posted on Tiffin Group for your reference.

5) Tiffin service cannot be discontinued.

6) No refund of payment once made
