Dear parents
As our Sr. KG students complete an important milestone in their early learning journey, we are delighted to welcome them into the Primary Section (Std. 1) in the upcoming academic year. This transition marks the beginning of a more structured and enriching phase of learning where students will further develop their academic skills, independence, and confidence.
As the doors of the primary section swing open, a new chapter unfolds for your child. It’s a time of growth, exploration, and discovery. We’re excited to embark on this journey with you and your child, and we’re committed to making it a memorable and enriching experience.
Through this circular, we would like to share important information and guidelines to help ensure a smooth and successful transition for our young learners and their parents.
As a valued partner in your child’s education, we kindly request that you familiarize yourself with and follow the guidelines for the primary section:
The following instructions will be guidelines for parents to know about the working of the Primary Section.
Regular school uniform:
Girls: Blue frock, white hair band, plain white socks. In case of long hair, plaits or bows to be tied with black rubber band only. Campus black sports shoes with Velcro and school cap.
Boys: Checked shirt with blue shorts, plain white socks. Campus black sports shoes with Velcro. Haircut: Closed cut (Very short hair)
Please do not use Pre-Primary Virtual Account Number (VAN). If you did not receive the Primary VAN, please contact the school office from Monday to Friday between 9 a.m. and 1 p.m. on 020-29997080.
So, the parents and students are invited to join us in this good cause.
Avoid covering the books and notebooks.
Please do not use plastic bags or covers.
Refer monthly circulars on website.
Save water and electricity.
Save trees.
Example: If the child wishes to take ‘dance’ then – write no. 1 for dance, no. 2 for music, no. 3 for special drawing and so on. Kindly note that the students of the class will be divided into different groups of MDL. The MDL will be allotted to the students according to the sequence. If the child does not get the first MDL chosen, he/she will get any of the five preferences chosen by you. So, please choose the order of MDL accordingly. Submit the duly filled tear-off slip for PT electives + MDL to the class teacher on the day of the orientation, Tuesday, 9th June 2026.

Dear Parents,
Welcome to the Secondary Section! This new phase brings greater learning opportunities and responsibilities for your child. We seek your support in ensuring regular attendance, discipline, and active participation in academics and co-curricular activities. Please encourage your child to follow school rules, complete assignments on time, and maintain good conduct. Together, let’s nurture their growth and success. Looking forward to your cooperation.
S.P.M is one school but we have two different UDISE numbers, one from STD I – IV and one from STD V-X, hence a readmission process is mandatory.
Kindly note the following procedure for the re- admission to the Secondary Section.
1) The following documents should be collected on Friday, 24th April’ 2026 between 9.00 a.m. & 11.15 a.m. from the Secondary Section office. i) The admission form ; ii) Fee challan (for offline payment only) iii) Parents can pay online on the Virtual Account given for std. V students. (Virtual account already shared on your registered email ID)
2) Cost of the admission form is Rs. 1000/-. (Only Cash)
3) The admission should be ensured by submitting the following documents to the Secondary Section office.
a) Completely filled Admission form
b) The original School Leaving Certificate (duly checked)
c) Copy of Aadhaar Card (Clear copy)
d) The copy of the caste certificate should be submitted along with the form, if applicable.

4) Please note that the Spellings, Names and Details on your ward’s School Leaving Certificate of Std. IV (readmission to Std. V) should tally with the information to be filled in the Admission Form for STD V.
If any changes are required, the parent should get it corrected before submitting it to the Secondary Section. Once the details are entered in the General Register by the school, to make changes in the same, will be a tedious procedure for both the school and the parents. You are required to be cautious while filling the form.
Note – As per Government Resolution dated 19.09.2016, the following details of the student must be written in the General Register and School Leaving Certificate.

No changes in the Leaving Certificate will be entertained at the time when the student leaves the school after STD X exam or before.
5) The school will reopen on Monday, 15th June, 2026 and will be a full day school. (8.55 a.m. to 3.40 p.m.) P.T. uniform to be worn. Note the School Timings: Monday to Friday – 08.55 a.m. – 03.40 p.m.
Saturday – Sunday Holiday. (1st and 3rd Saturday may be working)
6) Please note the details of the Book Sale in the school premises.
Book Sale: Std. 5, Monday, 27th April, 2026 – 4.00 p.m. to 07.00 p.m.
Approximate Amount is Rs. 2,900/-
7) Parents are requested to encourage their ward to follow the rules and regulations of the Secondary Section specified in the calendar. 8) IMPORTANT – As discussed and confirmed in the P.T.A. meeting, the students are expected to buy sweatshirts instead of sweaters for the next academic year 2026-2027. Please note sweaters will not be permitted.
9) Kindly note that the school will be providing pre-paid tiffin facility, Monday – Friday. You are requested to contact Mrs. Shruti Gokhale – 8308811887 for further details and enrollment.
Details of the tiffin services are as follows – 1) After the payment of the amount for pre-paid tiffin service to the vendor, the vendor will give coupons for the 1st term. These coupons will be given to the students according to the number of working days in 1st term. Holidays will not be counted. 2) Labelled empty tiffins, which the children can easily identify must be brought. 3) The charges for the tiffin service is Rs. 50/- per day which includes 2 polis + 1 bhaji. Rs. 10/- will be charged for an extra poli.
4) The menu for the entire month will be posted on Tiffin Group for your reference.
5) Tiffin service cannot be discontinued.
6) No refund of payment once made.
