** External Exams –

Only the parents enrolling their ward’s name on 4^th August will receive the REGISTRATION FORMS

REGISTRATION FORMS: On receiving the registration form , fill the form and submit the same along with the exact examination fees in a labelled and sealed envelope to the class teacher on TUESDAY, 5^th August 2025. Applications received later will not be accepted.

Note: – Book for ICSO will not be provided by school. Parents need to buy from the market or online wherever available.

Dear parents,
The end of the academic year is fast approaching, and we are excited to celebrate our students’ achievements and progress. The final term has been a time of growth, learning, and development, and we are proud of the hard work and dedication displayed by our students. In this circular, you will find details of the final exam schedule as well as information about end-of-year events.

** Parents Kindly Note: –
Orals for academic subjects, fine arts, PT, Drawing/ Craft and computer practical will be conducted during their regular periods in the month of March.
Subject wise oral exam details will be notified through the school diary. Parents are requested to check the diary regularly for updates.
I extend my best wishes to all the students for their upcoming examinations. Stay focused revise diligently, and approach your exams with confidence. Remember to take care of your health – stay hydrated, eat well and ensure adequate rest to perform at your best. The students who have qualified for Spell Bee Level – 3 are requested to pay Rs.550/- in a sealed and labelled envelope to your respective class teachers on or before Wednesday, 5th February 2025.

Inter house ‘Eco-friendly Ganesh Idol Making Competition!’

Class: I to IV
Date of submission: Friday, 30th August 2024.
Parameters-

1) Models to be made at home.
2) Only 3d models will be accepted.
3) Height not more than 6 inches.

Eco-Friendly / Biodegradable materials –
Clay, Flour, Red soil, Straw, Coconut shell, Pulses, Cereals, Paper, alum, chocolate etc.

Colours – Only organic colours.

*** Along with the idol, students are required to submit their photo print while making the idol.

*** Judges decision will be final.

We encourage you to continue supporting your child’s studies and well – being during this time. We have a list of activities, celebrations and exams lined up for our students. So let’s take a look into the month of August.

Parents kindly note: –
1) ‘Samartha Bharat Abhiyan’ in collaboration with ‘Shrimant Bhausaheb Rangari Ganpati Trust’, Pune has organized an ‘Interschool Recitation competition of ‘Manache Shlok’. The details have been put up on the school website. Please enroll your wards name along with the labelled and sealed envelope to the class teacher on or before Monday 12th August 2024.
2) “Yuva Masterstroke” drawing competition
The competition will be conducted during school hours in the last week of August i.e. 20th August to 26th August. Students have to practice at home and be prepared for the same.

External Exams –

Maaja Sanstha in collaboration with the Rotary Club has organized a recitation competition. The information regarding its entry fee, topic, prizes, rules and regulations is posted on the school website, on 27th June 2024.

** External Exams –
External exams serve as a catalyst for personal and academic growth providing a platform for students to excel and succeed.
The parents who wish to enroll their ward for the external exams are expected to take a print of the form and duly fill it. Please submit the exact amount with the duly filled form in a sealed and labelled envelope before 24th July 2024.

Dear parents,
Greetings from S.P.M. School! Hope you had a fantastic break!
Welcome back to a brand new academic year, filled with opportunities to learn, explore and succeed.
Kindly note the highlights of this month.

1. 1.  The school reopens on Saturday, 15th June 2024 Timings – 9:30 a.m. to 1.00 p.m. (half day school)
   2. The students are expected to wear their regular uniform on Wednesdays and Saturdays. PT uniform should be worn on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday.
      Parents should pick and drop their ward at Gate Number 1 for Std 1 & 2 and Gate No. 2 for Std 3 & 4
   3. The students commuting by van or rickshaw should use Gate number 2.
   4. Children should carry umbrellas/rainwear to school daily.

Orientation programme and book sale –
We are excited to share insights and strategies to foster a positive and enriching educational experience for the students. So, an orientation programme is scheduled for the parents of the primary section.

Kindly note the details given below.

• Timings for orientation – 10.30 a.m. to 11.30 a.m.
• Venue for orientation – 6th floor hall only for std 1,3 & 4 AND for std 2 – Respective classrooms
• Only one parent should attend the orientation.
• The sale of books will commence only after the orientation i.e. 11:30 a.m. onwards.
• The school timings on all month end days will be from 9:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. (half day school)
• From 1:30 p.m. onwards a PTM is arranged for the parents to discuss about their wards academic progress and holistic development.
• Students are permitted to wear coloured dress on all month end days.
• Kindly note- Friday, 28th June 2024 school timings will be 9:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
