Dear Parents,

As we step into the joyful month of December, we approach the close of yet another productive and vibrant year . This month brings with it a spirit of celebration, reflection, and togetherness. It is a time to appreciate the hard work of our students, the continued support of our parents, and the dedication of our teachers.

With the winter season setting in ,this month also marks our much-awaited Annual Social Gathering, a celebration of talent, creativity, and teamwork. Our students have been practicing enthusiastically to present a memorable programme filled with music, dance, drama, and cultural performances. We invite all parents to join us in encouraging and applauding the efforts of our young performers as they showcase their abilities with confidence and joy.

The following circular outlines the key events, activities, and important notices for the month of December. We request all parents to kindly take note and extend their cooperation as always.

Field Trips are planned for all classes from Std I to IV in the month of January.

Venue – Chondhe Farms

Amount – Rs. 1000/- per head

Last Day to pay – On or before – Tuesday 6^th Jan 2026

Std IV

Overnight Trip

 Venue – Monteria Resort + Village

Amount – Rs. 3900/- per head

Last Day to pay – on or before – Tuesday 6^th Jan 2026

Our school is preparing the annual magazine “Ekatvam” with a special theme this year:  NEP 2020 – learning for life.

You may submit articles, poems, stories, interviews, drawings, riddles, reports puzzles or any creative writing on the class wise topic mention below.

Std I –

1) The classroom I would like to have.

2) Fun ways to stay fit and healthy.

3) Healthy food happy mood.

Std II –

1) Good deeds make great humans.

2)Music, Dance and drama The language of joy.

3) Do you know? Puzzles /  Fun facts / related to various subjects

Std III –

1) Why kindness matters in the classroom?

2) Finding peace in busy world.

3) India of my dreams.

Std IV –

1) Empathy towards others!

2) Values that shape us.

3) The colourful world of Indian languages.

This activity will be evaluated.

Submit your project (typed) in a labelled pen drive to your class teacher on Friday 2^nd January 2026.

After the joyful sparkle of Diwali and the warmth of festive celebrations, our students return refreshed and ready to begin Term II. This marks a time for renewed focus, fresh learning goals, and continued enthusiasm as we venture into practice sessions for the Annual Social Gathering. The first term was filled with growth and achievement, and now we look forward to building upon that momentum. Let us step into this new term with positive energy, curiosity, and a commitment to doing our best in all we do.

Concert practice begins from Tuesday 11th November 2025 during school hours.

Dear parents,

The months of September and October are filled with learning, joy and celebrations for our children. September brings us the festivities and warmth as we welcome “Bappa” . But it is also a time to work hard and prepare for academic milestones with confidence and shift our focus on academics and assessments. We traipse into October, filled with the colours and cheer of Gandhi Jayanti, Navratri, Dussehra, and Diwali which the children not only celebrate with happiness but also learn important values like truth, peace, courage, and the victory of good over evil.

Together, these two months create a wonderful balance of study, culture, and festivity, helping our students grow with joy and enthusiasm.

Kindly note:- The oral and written exam portion will be shared with the students on Tuesday, 9^th September 2025.

** External Exams –

Only the parents enrolling their ward’s name on 4^th August will receive the REGISTRATION FORMS

REGISTRATION FORMS: On receiving the registration form , fill the form and submit the same along with the exact examination fees in a labelled and sealed envelope to the class teacher on TUESDAY, 5^th August 2025. Applications received later will not be accepted.

Note: – Book for ICSO will not be provided by school. Parents need to buy from the market or online wherever available.
