The month of August brings with it new opportunities to learn, celebrate, and grow together. As we commemorate our nation’s Independence Day, we encourage our students to develop a sense of pride, respect, and gratitude for our country while understanding the importance of unity and responsibility.

This month, our classrooms will be filled with interactive lessons, creative activities, celebrations, and hands-on experiences that make learning enjoyable and meaningful. We will continue to nurture curiosity, confidence, kindness, and good values in every child.

Your constant encouragement and involvement play a vital role in your child’s progress. Together, let us inspire our young learners to dream big, work hard, and become responsible citizens.

****NOTE****

We are delighted to inform you that our Annual School Concert will be held on Wednesday,
30th December 2026. All students will participate in the concert. A costume contribution of
₹1200/- is to be paid on or before 27th August 2026 in a sealed and labelled envelope and
submitted to the class teacher.

The concert date is being communicated well in advance to enable families to plan accordingly
and avoid scheduling any travel or other commitments during the month of December.

In case your child is unable to participate in the Annual School Concert due to unavoidable
circumstances, parents are requested to submit a signed consent letter stating the reason to
the school within the stipulated time.

Please note that once a student is enrolled for the Annual School Concert and the costume
amount has been paid, any subsequent withdrawal from the programme will not be eligible for
a refund, as costumes and related arrangements will already have been made.

Students who are not participating in the concert will be dispersed at 1:00 p.m. each day
during the concert practice period in December. Parents are requested to make the necessary
arrangements to ensure that their child is picked up from school at the scheduled dispersal
time.

For students participating in the concert the school timing will be up to 3:30 p.m. Parents are
requested to inform their transport providers/van drivers accordingly and ensure that
participating students are picked up only after the school disperses at 3:30 p.m.

All Saturdays will be working for the participants in the month of December. (Timings for
Saturday in the month of December will be intimated later)

We sincerely appreciate your cooperation and support in making our Annual School Concert a
memorable and successful event for all our students.

External exams:

** Maharashtra Pradynashodh Pariksha- Forms will be given to the students who have enrolled for the exams. Parents to fill the form and submit the same to the class teacher on or before 7th August 2026.

REGISTRATION FORMS: On receiving the registration form , fill the form and submit the same along with the exact examination fees in a labelled and sealed envelope to the class teacher on FRIDAY, 10^th July 2026. Applications received later will not be accepted.

After receiving, parent copy will be sent home for your record. Please file it in the file.

Dear Parents,

As we step into the vibrant month of June, we warmly welcome our young learners and their families to the beginning of a new academic year. This fresh start brings with it, renewed enthusiasm, curiosity, and countless opportunities for growth and discovery.

The Primary Section looks forward to nurturing each child’s academic, social, and emotional development through engaging learning experiences and a supportive environment. June is a time for settling in, building routines, forming new friendships, and rekindling the joy of learning.

** Note – 

• All the parents are the members of the PTA.
• You are requested to pay Rs.50 towards PTA.
• Please pay to the class teacher on the orientation day.

**Kindly note that the school will be providing pre-paid tiffin service, Monday – Friday. You are requested to contact Mrs. Shruti Gokhale  – 7498141352

Details of the tiffin services are as follows –

1. After the payment of the amount for pre-paid tiffin service to the vendor, the vendor will give coupons for the 1st Term.  These coupons will be given to the students according to the number of working days in 1st Term.  Holidays will not be counted.
2. Labelled empty tiffins, which the children can easily identify, must be brought.
3. The charges for the tiffin service is Rs. 50/- per day which includes 2 polis + 1 bhaji. Rs. 10/- will be charged for an extra poli.
4. The menu for the entire month will be posted on the Tiffin Group for your reference.
5. Tiffin service cannot be discontinued.
6. No refund of payment once made.

Dear parents

As our Sr. KG students complete an important milestone in their early learning journey, we are delighted to welcome them into the Primary Section (Std. 1) in the upcoming academic year. This transition marks the beginning of a more structured and enriching phase of learning where students will further develop their academic skills, independence, and confidence.

As the doors of the primary section swing open, a new chapter unfolds for your child. It’s a time of growth, exploration, and discovery. We’re excited to embark on this journey with you and your child, and we’re committed to making it a memorable and enriching experience.

Through this circular, we would like to share important information and guidelines to help ensure a smooth and successful transition for our young learners and their parents.

As a valued partner in your child’s education, we kindly request that you familiarize yourself with and follow the guidelines for the primary section:

The following instructions will be guidelines for parents to know about the working of the Primary Section.

• The classes of standard I are located on the third floor of the Primary Section.
• The Primary Section works for five days i.e. Monday to Friday from 9:30 am to 3:30 pm.
• The reporting time for children is 9:20 am.
• Please make sure that your child is punctual at school. Students should be picked up and dropped
  Gate 1 – Children going with parents.
  Gate 2 – Children going with Van/ Rickshaw / Bus

• After 3 late marks, the child will be sent home. Please do not ask for consideration.
• The students will neither be allowed to leave early from school nor to reach school late for any personal reasons.
• Children should get two tiffins- fruits for short break and preferably poli and bhaaji for long break. Tiffins should be carried by the students. For some reason, if the child forgets the tiffin, it can be left at the reception in a labelled bag.
• The school will work for half-day i.e. 9:30 am to 1:00 pm on all month-ends.
• Students are permitted to wear a colourful dress on month end and on their birthdays. Students are not allowed to distribute sweets or gifts on their birthdays.
• Parents can meet the class-teacher on Fridays between 9:15 a.m. to 9.30 a.m. or by taking a prior appointment from the teacher on any day. Parents are not allowed to meet the students during school hours.
• Students should adhere to school’s dress code throughout the year. The students must wear ID cards everyday with the latest photo on it. ID cards will be provided by the school. Till, your ward receives it, make sure that your child wears an ID card (i.e. temporary one) with all details on it or the previous year’s ID card can also be used.
• Parents are expected to refer to the school calendar daily. They should not plan trips/ vacations/ family functions during the working sessions of the school.
• April Month – Full month working – Plan your vacations after 5^th
• Monthly Circulars will be uploaded on the website – Check the website regularly.
• Notebooks and workbooks:

1. Parents should label all the books (on the cover and first page) according to the booklist.
2. Roll number of your ward will be given in the month of July.
3. They must also bring one four-line notebook, crayons and compass box in the month of June
4. The class timetable will be uploaded on the school website in the month of July 2024.
5. The students are expected to get their books as per the time-table from the month of July onwards.

• Uniform:

Regular school uniform:

Girls: Blue frock, white hair band, plain white socks. In case of long hair, plaits or bows to be tied with black rubber band only. Campus black sports shoes with Velcro and school cap.

Boys: Checked shirt with blue shorts, plain white socks. Campus black sports shoes with Velcro. Haircut: Closed cut (Very short hair)

• The regular school uniform should be worn only on Wednesday.
• T. uniform – House coloured T- shirt and grey track pant.
• The P.T. uniform to be worn on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays.
• As per the discussion with PTA & confirmed, from this year onwards, instead of sweaters, we will be opting for sweat shirts with a hood.
• Instruction for the payment of fees:

1. No fees will be accepted in cash.
2. Parents can pay fees online or by cheque.
3. Payment of fees by any other mode is not accepted.
4. Only the exact amount of each instalment mentioned on the fee chart given on the school website/challan must be paid.
5. Fees to be paid using virtual account number.
6. Virtual account number is sent to your registered email Id.

Please do not use Pre-Primary Virtual Account Number (VAN). If you did not receive the Primary VAN, please contact the school office from Monday to Friday between 9 a.m. and 1 p.m. on 020-29997080.

• The orientation details will be conveyed in the circular for the month of June 2026 through the school website. Please check the website on 1^st June 2026.

• Multi-dimensional Learning (MDL) Activities: We are happy to announce that we train our little ones in various MDL activities like dance, music, tabla, drama, pottery, gardening and special drawing. Parents are expected to make the right choice considering the interest of your child. Please number the subject in order of priority only (any 5).

Example: If the child wishes to take ‘dance’ then – write no. 1 for dance, no. 2 for music, no. 3 for special drawing and so on. Kindly note that the students of the class will be divided into different groups of MDL. The MDL will be allotted to the students according to the sequence. If the child does not get the first MDL chosen, he/she will get any of the five preferences chosen by you. So, please choose the order of MDL accordingly. Submit the duly filled tear-off slip for PT electives + MDL to the class teacher on the day of the orientation, Tuesday, 9^th June 2026.

CIRCULAR FOR THE YEAR- 2026-2027 – Std. V

Dear Parents,

Welcome to the Secondary Section! This new phase brings greater learning opportunities and responsibilities for your child. We seek your support in ensuring regular attendance, discipline, and active participation in academics and co-curricular activities. Please encourage your child to follow school rules, complete assignments on time, and maintain good conduct. Together, let’s nurture their growth and success. Looking forward to your cooperation.

S.P.M is one school but we have two different UDISE numbers, one from STD I – IV and one from STD V-X, hence a readmission process is mandatory.

Kindly note the following procedure for the re- admission to the Secondary Section.

1) The following documents should be collected on Friday, 24th April’ 2026 between 9.00 a.m. & 11.15 a.m. from the Secondary Section office. i) The admission form ; ii) Fee challan (for offline payment only) iii) Parents can pay online on the Virtual Account given for std. V students. (Virtual account already shared on your registered email ID)

2) Cost of the admission form is Rs. 1000/-. (Only Cash)

3) The admission should be ensured by submitting the following documents to the Secondary Section office.

a) Completely filled Admission form

b) The original School Leaving Certificate (duly checked)

c) Copy of Aadhaar Card (Clear copy)

d) The copy of the caste certificate should be submitted along with the form, if applicable.

4) Please note that the Spellings, Names and Details on your ward’s School Leaving Certificate of Std. IV (readmission to Std. V) should tally with the information to be filled in the Admission Form for STD V.

If any changes are required, the parent should get it corrected before submitting it to the Secondary Section. Once the details are entered in the General Register by the school, to make changes in the same, will be a tedious procedure for both the school and the parents. You are required to be cautious while filling the form.

Note – As per Government Resolution dated 19.09.2016, the following details of the student must be written in the General Register and School Leaving Certificate.

5) The school will reopen on Monday, 15th June, 2026 and will be a full day school. (8.55 a.m. to 3.40 p.m.) P.T. uniform to be worn. Note the School Timings: Monday to Friday – 08.55 a.m. – 03.40 p.m.

Saturday – Sunday Holiday. (1st and 3rd Saturday may be working)

6) Please note the details of the Book Sale in the school premises.

Book Sale: Std. 5, Monday, 27th April, 2026 – 4.00 p.m. to 07.00 p.m.

Approximate Amount is Rs. 2,900/-

7) Parents are requested to encourage their ward to follow the rules and regulations of the Secondary Section specified in the calendar. 8) IMPORTANT – As discussed and confirmed in the P.T.A. meeting, the students are expected to buy sweatshirts instead of sweaters for the next academic year 2026-2027. Please note sweaters will not be permitted.
