1. This activity will be conducted during the school hours.

  • All India drawing competition has been organized for Jr.KG and Sr.KG children.

  • Parents of the interested students need to purchase an A4 size Youva drawing book.

 

  • Fill up the entry form on the last page of the book and submit the book along with the form to the class teacher.
  • Last date of submission is Wednesday, 31st July.

  • Day and Date: Friday, 26th April 2024

 

  • Venue: Lady Ramabai Hall, S.P. College

 

  • Reporting time for students- 4:45 p.m.

 

  • Graduation Ceremony timing-5:15 p.m.

 

  • Children (boys and girls) to wear white Salwar & Kurta and comfortable footwear.

 

  • Children to carry a water bottle (labelled) only. They need not carry anything else. Snacks will be provided by the school.

 

  • Only two persons per invitation. Parents to carry invitation card. No entry without invitation card.

 

  • No personal Photography or Video recording.

 

  • Please reserve your entire evening for this programme. Do not leave till the entire programme concludes as the children feel bad if the parents get up and leave in between.

 

  • Parents should drop and pick up the children near the Students’ Hall, S.P. College premises (Behind Lady Ramabai Hall.)

  • It will start from July 2023. The food portion will be limited.
  • This service is optional. (it is not compulsory)
  • SHREE GURUKRUPA FOODS will provide this service. They have licence regarding catering service.
  • Interested students to bring empty tiffin properly labelled with child’s name and class name. The tiffin should have proper compartments.
  • The leftover food will be sent home. The service provider will share the menu.

Dear Parents,

The month of August comes with lots of festivals and celebrations. After settling well into the new environment, our little ones will enjoy the following activities this month.

 

  • Tuesday, 15th August 2023 – To mark the 76th Independence Day, our young soldiers will attend the Flag Hoisting Ceremony in the school. Children to wear neat, clean and properly ironed school uniforms along with the I- card. Children need not bring anything with them.

    Reporting time – 7:00 a.m. sharp. Parents are to drop the children near the reception area.

        Parents are to pick up the children at 8:15 a.m. sharp from their respective classes. Parents to use gate No. 1 for entry and exit.

  • Monday, 21st August 2023- Nagpanchami celebration.

       Children are to come in traditional dress or colourful dress.,

Children will enjoy nature walks with their friends in the drizzling rain. Parents are to send an umbrella or a raincoat with the child. [It should be properly labelled]

        Children are to come dressed as Kolis or in traditional dress.

  • From Monday,21st August 2023 to Friday 25th August 2023 –

Parent Teacher meetings will be conducted in the respective classes. Time slots for the same will be given in the school calendar on page No. 16.

Please note
As per the instructions by S.P. Mandali, the school will remain closed on Wednesday 13th September, Thursday 14th September, and Friday 15th September. However, these working days will be compensated with 5th of August, 19th of August and 2nd of September, which are Saturdays, as regular working days. Parents are to take note that attendance on these days is mandatory.

Youva masterstroke

All India drawing competition has been organised for Jr.KG and Sr.KG children. The details for the same are as follows.

  • The competition will be conducted strictly through the school. Individual entries will not be accepted.
  • This competition is NOT COMPULSORY.
  • The competition will be conducted in the school on Thursday 24th August 2023, within the school hours.
  • Parents of interested students need to purchase an A4 size Youva drawing book. Fill up the entry form on the last page of the book and submit it to the class teacher. The last date for submission is Friday,18th August 2023.

           Program will begin at –  8.30a.m.

           Pickup timing – 11.30 a.m.                                                     

 

Please Note:-

 

  • Children are expected to come in their full costume with makeup.
  • Children should not bring anything with them.
  • Individual photography and video shooting will not be allowed.
  • Children should have a light breakfast before coming.
  • Parents and Grand Parents from both the sides are invited.
  • It is compulsory to present the invitation card at the entry point.
  • Parents are requested to maintain discipline in the auditorium and the premises of Ganesh Kala Krida Manch.
  • Please maintain queues while entering and exiting the auditorium.
  • The seats should not be held by parents with the use of scarfs, purse, bags, water bottles etc. for their relatives and friends in any case. Each person who enters the auditorium will occupy the seat for self
  • Complete silence to be maintained in the auditorium. In case of any commotion, please take your child out of the auditorium, as it might disturb and distract the performers.
  • Our teachers will be in the auditorium for maintaining discipline. Please co-operate with them.
  • The children will be in the care of their respective teachers during the entire program. So, sit back, relax and enjoy the show. No child can be picked up half way through the program.

The most precious thing in this world is a smile on the face of a child, and we are all set to gather million smiles this evening.

THE DETAILS ARE AS FOLLOWS,

 

  • Children should come in colourful, comfortable dress and comfortable footwear. (I-CARD COMPULSORY.)
  • Sick children should not be sent.
  • Parents should submit the consent slip to the class teacher.
  • The last date to submit the consent slip is Wednesday, 21st February 2024.
  • Please note, children who do not submit the consent slip in time cannot attend this event.
  • No grievances will be entertained by school later in this regard.
  • Parents should write the mobile numbers on the consent slip.
  • Parents should be available on the contact numbers mentioned on the consent slips in case of an emergency.
  • Children should not wear any valuables for safety reasons.
  • There will be no school in the morning on Friday, 23rd February 2024.
  • Children should come to the school in the evening at 6:30 p.m. sharp.
  • Children to carry warm clothes, comfortable night dress, a tooth brush, a napkin, and a shawl in an appropriate bag. Everything should be properly labelled.
  • Bedding will be provided by the school.
  • Children will stay overnight and should be picked up the next morning i.e. on Saturday, 24th February 2024 at 6:30 a.m. sharp (gate no 1).
