*** Along with the idol, students are required to submit their photo print while making the idol.

1) ‘Samartha Bharat Abhiyan’ in collaboration with ‘Shrimant Bhausaheb Rangari Ganpati Trust’, Pune has organized an ‘Interschool Recitation competition of ‘Manache Shlok’. The details have been put up on the school website. Please enroll your wards name along with the labelled and sealed envelope to the class teacher on or before Monday 12th August 2024.
2) “Yuva Masterstroke” drawing competition
The competition will be conducted during school hours in the last week of August i.e. 20th August to 26th August. Students have to practice at home and be prepared for the same.

External exams serve as a catalyst for personal and academic growth providing a platform for students to excel and succeed.

- The school reopens on Saturday, 15th June 2024 Timings - 9:30 a.m. to 1.00 p.m. (half day school)
- The students are expected to wear their regular uniform on Wednesdays and Saturdays. PT uniform should be worn on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday.

Dear Parents,
S.P.M. Primary Section welcomes all the students and parents to yet another exciting school year. We would like to brief you on some important instructions:
• The school reopens on Thursday, 15th June 2023 for the students of the primary section.
• Kindly note the changes:
1. The school timings will be from 9:30 am to 3:30 pm. The reporting time for children is 9:20 am. Please make sure that your child comes to school on time. Parents are expected to leave their children at the gate.
2. If late, the child will be sent home. Please do not ask for consideration.
3. The P.T. uniform is to be worn on every Thursday (for M.P.T.) and on the day of their P.T. period. The regular school uniform should be worn on the days when they do not have P.T. period.
Kindly note:
1. Parking place for vehicles is not available in school premises. So parents are requested not to bring their vehicles to the school.
2. The sale of books will commence only after the orientation.
Instruction for the payment of fees:
- No fees will be accepted in cash.
2. Parents can pay fees online or by cheque.
3. Payment of fees by any other mode is not accepted.
4. Only the exact amount of each instalment mentioned on the fee chart given on the school website must be paid.
5. Fees to be paid using the given virtual account number.

Participants should enter the competition at level I (school level). Level I is open to all students.
Recommended SpellBee material will be provided to enrolled students at the level I
Apart from the study material provided by brainstormm, participants may choose to read/refer to any other spell bee resource as deemed fit by school / parent.
Registration fees for Level I is Rs. 250 /-
SpellBee level I exam for standards I to IV will be conducted on Monday, 25th September 2023

Shrisaj Chitra – Dnyanvardini Academy has organized a competition for the students of standard I to III. The participants have to dress up in historical costumes from the Shivaji Era to Peshwa Era only. (AD 1630 to 1858)

As per the instructions given by the S.P.Mandali, the school will remain closed on 13th, 14th and 15th September 2023. However, these working days, (Wednesday, Thursday, Friday) will be compensated with 5th August, 19th August and 2nd September, which are Saturdays as regular working days. Parents are to take note that attendance on these days is mandatory for the children. The timetable to be followed on these days will be given to the students on their calendars.

Students have to select and talk for 1 minute on any one topic from above for the selection round.
For the final round, different topics will be declared in the school diary only to the selected students.
Std III & IV – English Elocution Competition
Students will choose a topic/ subject on the spot by picking up a chit and they have to talk on the same topic/subject.
Please note: -The topic/subject will not be disclosed beforehand. Students will pick up the chit with the topic on the spot.
The selection round for both competitions is on –

Field Trips –
Outdoors bestow individuals an excellent opportunity to develop the ability in themselves, by means of experiencing and exploring.
We are glad to inform you that we will be organizing field trips for the students of Std I to IV.
Students who wish to join the field trip should submit the money in a labelled and sealed envelope with the field trip consent slip on or before Wednesday, 3rd January 2024 for std I, II & III and Std IV can submit on Wednesday, 10th Jan 2024.
Sports –
Sports are an integral part of the school curriculum. They contribute to the physical and mental growth of students.
The students of Std I to IV will be participating in the sports event, which will be conducted on Monday, 29th Jan and Tuesday 30th Jan 2024 during school hours.

English Poetry Recitation Competition for Std III and IV
– Interested students should enrol their names with the class teacher on or
before Wednesday, 7th Feb – 2024.
Selection round for both the competitions will be conducted on Tuesday, 20th Feb 2024.
The final round for both competitions will be conducted on Wed, 21st February, 2024.
Please Note – The students will talk on the same object/chart/model and recite the same poem for the final round.
We wish to assess our students to see what their needs are and how we can best help them to learn and achieve. As a part of this process, Unit Test II will be conducted for the students of std I to IV.
The tests will commence from Monday, 12th Feb 2024 to Tuesday 20th Feb 2024.

Holidays –
Friday, 8th March 2024 – Mahashivratri
Monday, 25th March 2024 – Dhulivandan
Friday, 29th March 2024 – Good Friday
Tuesday 9th April 2024 – Gudi Padwa
Thursday 11th April 2024 – Ramzan Id
Half day –
Thursday, 28th March 2024, – Month End
School timings – 9:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
Students are permitted to wear civil dress.
Activity –
Friday, 22nd March 2024 – Holi celebration
As the end of the academic year approaches, students will have various assessments and exams. Please ensure that your child is well prepared for the exams.
Term II evaluation will begin from Tuesday, 2nd April 2024 to Friday, 12th April 2024. School Timings: 9:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.
Computer, Fine Arts and PT – Exam will be conducted in the month of March, during their regular periods as per the time table.
Portion for oral exam will be given to the students on Monday, 4th March 2024.
A portion for the written exam will be given to the students on Monday, 18th March 2024.
Open Day
Parents are invited to view the answer papers of their ward on Tuesday, 23rd April 2024 from 11:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon
